The City offers meeting space at the following facilities:

Flamingo Park
Bullet 50-person capacity
Bullet Food and drinks permitted, but
   no catered events allowed

Nob Hill Clubhouse
Bullet 250-person capacity, theatre-style seating
Bullet 150-person capacity, banquet-style seating
Bullet Food and drinks permitted, but no catered events allowed
 

Civic Center meeting room

Village civic center offers a large meeting space.
Sunrise Athletic Complex (SAC)
Bullet 50-person capacity maximum
Bullet Food and drinks permitted, but no catered events allowed

Village Civic Center
Bullet 190-person capacity
Bullet Meetings only - no food or drinks allowed

Reservation Information

Bullet Reservations will be taken on a first come, first served basis only.
Bullet You may call (954) 747-4606 for reservation information. However, reservations must be placed in
   person at the Leisure Services department, located on the second floor of the Sunrise Civic Center at
   10610 West Oakland Park Boulevard. Office hours are 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Bullet To qualify for Resident rates, proof of residency is required. A utility bill showing your name and billing
   address is the only documentation that will be accepted.
Bullet Deposits are refundable.
Bullet There is a four-hour minimum for all rentals.
Bullet A refundable security deposit of $125.00 is required with each reservation.
