The City of Sunrise recruits highly qualified, motivated Firefighter/Paramedics to join its Fire-Rescue team. The Department is a fully integrated ISO Class 3 organization with 163 dedicated personnel stationed among five fire-rescue facilities and an administrative headquarters. Sunrise has one of the most modern fire-rescue fleets available, including five ALS rescue units, five ALS engines, a full-service ladder company, a HAZMAT unit, a SQRT vehicle, a specialized air and light squad vehicle, and a Mobile Command Unit.
