Reports & Billing

Records of every incident to which a Sunrise Fire-Rescue unit responds are sent to the department's Records Section. Copies can be obtained one to two weeks after the date of service. Requests for fire reports or medical records may be made in person at our administrative headquarters, or by phone at (954) 746-3400.

You will need to provide the name of the individual, the address of the incident, and, in the case of a patient report, a signed release of medical information.
