Sawgrass Marriott

Construction is planned for a luxury, four-star hotel designed to tap into the Sawgrass area's business travel and tourism market. Located at an 8.5-acre site on Panther Parkway across from the BankAtlantic Center, the 13-story Sawgrass Marriott would be constructed in two phases. Plans for the first phase of the project call for the development of a 250-room hotel including meeting/ conference facilities, an elegantly-appointed spa, a fine dining restaurant with lounge and a tropical, resort-style pool. A second phase could add another 150 luxury guestrooms.
