Records
The Building & Code Enforcement Department maintains a legal record of all property improvements, structures, buildings, building plans and permits, and related construction documents for every improved lot in the City. In addition, records of City Code or Building Code violations are maintained and updated regularly.
Most property records are kept on microfilm and are readily available for viewing and copying between 10:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m., or by appointment. It is recommended that advance notice be given in order for staff to better serve you. Please call (954) 572-2353 for more information.
