The Building Division is the City agency that enforces the Florida Building Code. The Division's responsibilities include:

Reviewing all plans for new and miscellaneous construction, including improvements and additions;

Inspecting all aspects of all construction at progressive stages;

Collecting permit fees and issuing permits for all categories associated with building; and

Issuing Certificates of Occupancy
