Online Program Registration
We invite you to enjoy the convenience of the City's online recreation program registration system. Using this system, you can search and register for select Leisure Services programs, as well as check your account balance. (Please note: This system has a minimum browser requirement of Netscape 7 or Internet Explorer 6.0. If you have an older browser version, please visit the Netscape or Internet Explorer site to download an upgrade.)

New users, please review the information below to learn more about how the system works:
Getting started. Anyone may log onto the system as a Guest to browse the City's list of Leisure Services programs. However, only those who have previously enrolled in Sunrise programs and have been issued a Household I.D. (which will also serve as your system Password) can register using the online system. Additionally, a MasterCard or Visa is required for payment. If you do not have - or if you have forgotten - your Household I.D., please call the Leisure Services Department at (954) 747-4600 between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:30 p.m., Monday through Friday to have your Household ID mailed to you.
Program availability. The City's entire list of available programs is published in Horizons, our recreation catalog, several times each year. Some programs - like summer camps - require special registration procedures that must be handled via mail or in person. For information regarding program registrations not available online, please call the Leisure Services Department at (954) 747-4600.
Paying online. The only accepted forms of online payment are Visa and MasterCard. The City of Sunrise uses the latest encryption technology - provided by Verisign - to protect your transaction.
Partial payments are not accepted: if you elect to use the online system, you must pay your entire balance at the time of registration. Your card will only be charged if you complete the transaction and receive a verification message. Be sure to print a receipt for your records.
If you do not have (or prefer not to use) a credit card, you may register in person at the Leisure Services Department, located on the second floor of the Sunrise Civic Center, 10610 West Oakland Park Boulevard. Call (954) 747-4600 for details.
Cancellations and refunds. Cancellations and refunds cannot be processed online. No refunds will be issued after six months from the start of a program or activity. Refunds may be pro-rated, and will not be given in cases of 50% or greater participation prior to the cancellation/refund request.
