Metropica

Metropica would be a first-class, transit-oriented, mixed-use project consisting of class A office buildings with structured parking, full service restaurants, upscale retail and luxury high-rise condominiums to be developed at the northeast corner of Sunrise Boulevard and Panther Parkway. Phase I of this new urban center is valued at approximately $250 million and spans 27 acres.

Phase II would consist of an additional 17 to 25 acres, and could represent an investment of $100+ million. The components of Phase II would be designed to complement the project's initial phase of development.

Two of the office buildings would be a minimum of seven stories in height and two would be a minimum of six stories. The residential units would be a minimum of eight stories in height.

The owner has agreed to construct the project in accordance with Quality Standards that were set forth in a Development Agreement. The Quality Standards are intended to establish Metropica as a unique destination for working, living, meeting and dining in Broward County.
