2. Utilities Notification System
Our high-speed, automated emergency notification system, The Communicator, enables the City to contact customers by telephone to deliver important utility-related information - such as a precautionary boil water order.

3. Public Safety Alerts
The Sunrise Police and Fire-Rescue departments issue important advisories regarding missing children (Amber Alerts) and seniors (Silver Alerts), as well as other public safety topics. This alert system is named in memory of Gianfranco Rivoli, a 6-year-old Sunrise boy who passed away in January 2009.
