Requests for Quotation
The City's Requests for Quotation may be accessed by Quote Number, as provided in the Current Requests section of this page. If you would like to submit a quotation, please download, print and complete the quotation form by the Due Date and Time. The Purchasing Division is currently unable to accept e-mail responses; however, you may fax your response to (954) 572-2278. If you choose to send your response via regular mail or express mail, respond to the following address:

If you submit your response via regular or express mail, the Buyer Name, Quotation Number and Due Date must be clearly referenced on the front of your return envelope.
