Hours: Open daily from 8:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.  

Overview:  The land for Lakeside Park was provided at no cost to the City via the Broward County Challenge Grant Program. The City renovated the 1.25 acre park and it is now a focal piece for the community. The new Lakeside Park features:

  • 640-feet of meandering walking path with decorative perimeter fencing
  • An elevated plaza with seating walls and a panoramic view of the lake
  • Low-energy LED lighting
  • Convenient park benches and a bike rack
  • An Emergency Call Station
  • Sustainable landscaping focused on Florida-native plant species
