Sunrise City Hall is a modern, five-story, 95,000-square-foot building unites most City departments and services under one roof - including one-stop access to customer service for permitting, utility billing, code compliance, and more.

The Sunrise Commission invited the community to attend our City Hall Grand Opening Celebration on January 20th, 2024, and we were thrilled that hundreds of community members came out to celebrate with us. Our new City Hall is a world-class building for each of you to be proud of and enjoy. As part of the Grand Opening Celebration, City staff from all departments provided many community members with informative guided tours and the positive feedback received from them was incredible. This free event also featured a ribbon-cutting ceremony, free giveaways, and light refreshments.

Additional enhancements to the Sunrise municipal complex will include the construction of a new 500-space parking garage, as well as an expanded amphitheater. View the Sunrise Civic Center Campus Map.
