Stunning Sunrise Business Award Application

The Stunning Sunrise Business Award recognizes businesses for upgrading and maintaining their façade and landscaping; displaying uniqueness, beauty, appeal and compliance with City standards; and demonstrating exceptional care and community pride.


Eligibility Criteria:

  • Property is within the City limits of Sunrise

Winning Criteria:

  • Neat, clean and well-maintained exterior façade, including paint and roof
  • Landscaping in harmony and balanced with property
  • Well maintained property including parking lot and associated striping and lighting
  • Visible and clean monument and wall sign
  • Well-kept dumpster enclosure
