The City of Sunrise is proud to announce the grand reopening of Signature Sunrise, the City’s beautifully reimagined event venue for weddings, corporate functions, and community celebrations. Located at 10610 West Oakland Park Boulevard, the ballroom now offers expanded amenities, modern finishes, and flexible rental options for both residents and businesses.
The stunning and modernized Signature Sunrise offers a breathtaking event space featuring upgrades that were carefully designed to elevate the guest experience. The significant enhancements include:
- Modern design and amenities – The ballroom now features elegant finishes and upgrades, including lighting, walls, ceiling tiles, upgraded flooring, and a built-in luxury vinyl tile dance floor, eliminating the need for setup and teardown of temporary floors.
- Improved flexibility and convenience – Signature Sunrise now allows renters to use any caterer of their choice, with upgraded warming cabinets, commercial-grade refrigeration, and portable LED-lit bars available for rent.
- Expanded comfort and capacity – The venue accommodates up to 300 seated guests across three adjoining ballrooms, each of which is configurable for smaller gatherings or breakout sessions.
- Enhanced accessibility – An additional ADA-compliant doors and push-button entry ensure smooth and easy access for all guests.
- Energy efficiency and sustainability – All lighting has been upgraded to modern LED fixtures, including new chandeliers and exterior patio lighting. Additionally, water bottle filling stations and recycling bins have been installed throughout the facility to promote environmental responsibility.
- Exterior and aesthetic upgrades – The patio area was enhanced with new landscaping and uplighting, creating a beautiful backdrop for outdoor receptions and photographs.
Signature Sunrise now offers special discounted rental rates for Sunrise residents and Sunrise businesses, providing an affordable local option without sacrificing elegance or amenities.
The transformed venue is available year-round for private events, excluding select holidays. Appointments and tours are available Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and on Saturdays by appointment only.
