Reservation Information

Meeting rooms of various sizes are located at the parks listed below.
Reservations will be taken on a first come, first served basis only.
You may call (954) 747-4600 for reservation information. However, reservations must be placed in person at the Leisure Services Department, located on the second floor of the Sunrise Civic Center (10610 West Oakland Park Boulevard). Office hours are 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
With the exception of non-profit resident organizations, a 4-hour minimum rental period is required.
To qualify for resident rates, proof of residency is required. Please see the table at the bottom of the page for acceptable proof of Sunrise residency. Documents must be current (not older than two months).

Flamingo Park

Meeting Hall Hours: 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 a.m.

Meeting Room Rental Fees

Renter CLASSIFICATION	Hourly Rate
Resident	$30.00/hour + $2.10 tax
Non-Resident	$55.00/hour + $3.85 tax
Non-Profit-Resident Group with valid 501(c)(3) documentation	$15.00/hour + $1.05 tax
Any Rental After 10 pm	Add'l. $20.00/hour + $1.40 tax

Rental Fees for Nob Hill Hall and Flamingo Hall Only

Renter CLASSIFICATION	Hourly Rate
Resident	$50.00/hour + $3.50 tax
Non-Resident	$85.00/hour + $5.95 tax
Non-Profit-Resident Group with valid 501(c)(3) documentation	$15.00/hour + $1 .05 tax
Any Rental After 10 pm	Add'l. $20.00/hour + $1.40 tax

Miscellaneous Fees

Alcohol Beverage Permit	$25.00 flat fee
Ice Machine (Available at Flamingo Hall and Nob Hill Hall only)	$10.00 flat fee
Projector (Available at Flamingo Hall, Nob Hill Hall, and Welleby Park Meeting Room only)	$50.00 flat fee
Refundable Security Deposit (Required with each reservation)	$200.00 flat fee
