The Public Service Division is the City of Sunrise's utility billing operation, responsible for serving more than 60,000 utility accounts and more than 200,000 residents in the communities of Sunrise, Davie, Lauderhill, Southwest Ranches, Tamarac, Weston and unincorporated Broward County.
Our staff is dedicated to ensuring that you are treated fairly and professionally as a customer of the City of Sunrise utility systems.
Depending on the services you receive from Sunrise, your monthly utility statement may include charges for water, wastewater (sewer), natural gas, garbage collection, recycling, cable TV and/or stormwater maintenance. Should you have any questions regarding your billing or your service, please do not hesitate to contact us.
