The City of Sunrise is in the process of implementing a new Utility Bill Payment System that will be easier to manage online and offer several new benefits and options. Please read below for a sneak preview of these exciting features and stay tuned for future announcements.
1) Convenient recurring credit card payments
Adding to the current payment options for Sunrise Utilities customers, the upcoming improvements to our system will offer the benefit of adding a credit card as a default payment method for your account to enable recurring payments for each new monthly bill.
2) Online account management improvements
Sunrise Utilities customers are already used to getting great support from our helpful customer service team by phone, email, or in-person. Our upcoming system enhancements will include an improved online platform to help you manage your Sunrise Utilities account remotely from anywhere in the world!. You'll have convenient access to bills, usage history, and other important account information.
3) A more detailed and transparent bill format
You asked and we listened! Upon the roll-out of our new Sunrise Utility Bill Payment System, all customers will have the benefit of a more detailed bill format to include the last 12 months of water usage for comparison purposes. 4) A paperless digital e-bill option
Whether it's for simple convenience or to save paper, we'll have you covered with our upcoming paperless digital electronic bill (e-bill) that can be set up to email directly to your preferred e-mail address. Many customers will prefer the enhanced security that an electronic bill can provide, since the e-bill option avoids sending sensitive account data through the mail. Digital e-bills also speed up the delivery of your bill and reduces the carbon footprint, putting your latest account information in front of you as soon as it is available.
