The Capital Projects team is responsible for the construction of City of Sunrise improvement projects.

Each project is assigned to a Project Manager who represents the City at project meetings and serves as the on-site representative. A Project Manager coordinates all aspects of design, bidding, construction and post-construction maintenance with the Architect/Engineer of record. During construction, a Project Manager administers the construction contract, monitors progress, addresses construction-related issues, maintains payment records, monitors project budgets, and processes all other documents required to close out projects.
