Sunrise Residents: How Are We Serving You?

The City of Sunrise is seeking the input of its residents and customers in an effort to enhance customer service. Three surveys - focusing on the Leisure Services Department, the Community Development Department, and the Public Service/Utilities Billing Division - are currently available.

The most convenient way to complete a survey is online. Just visit our Form/Survey page and make your selections.

Printed, postcard-size surveys are also available. They can be filled out at one of nine City facilities and dropped into a locked box, or taken home and mailed back to the City free of charge.

Leisure Services surveys are available at:
  • Sunrise Civic Center - Administrative Office, 10610 West Oakland Park Boulevard, 2nd Floor.
  • Sunrise Civic Center Athletic Club, 10610 West Oakland Park Boulevard, 1st Floor.
  • Sunrise Tennis Club, 9605 West Oakland Park Boulevard.
  • Seven Bridges at Springtree Golf Club, 8150 Springtree Drive.

    Community Development surveys are available at:
  • Community Development, 1601 NW 136th Avenue, Building A.
  • Building Division, 1607 NW 136th Avenue, Building B.

    Public Service/Utilities Billing surveys are available at:
  • Sunrise City Hall, 10770 West Oakland Park Boulevard, 1st Floor.
  • Village Civic Center, 6800 Sunset Strip.
  • New River Civic Center, 60 Weston Road.

    All surveys may be submitted anonymously.
